3 Large Tomatoes, peeled and chopped,
3 or 4 New Mexico Chiles, roasted, seeded and minced,
2 Cloves Garlic, minced,
1 Jalapeno Chile, seeded and minced,
1 Bunch of Green Onions with tops, minced,
1 Bunch Fresh Cilantro, snipped,
1/2 tsp. Cumin,
Salt and Pepper taste!
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and chill several hours for flavors to blend. Serve in small bowls with chips or over fish or vegetables.
